About didgeridoo

The didgeridoo, also known as the Yidaki, is a wind instrument of the Indigenous people of Australia, specifically the Yolngu people of Arnhem Land. The didgeridoo is a long, cylindrical tube that is traditionally made from the hollowed-out branches of the eucalyptus tree. It is considered one of the oldest musical instruments in the world, with evidence of its use dating back to over 1,500 years ago.

In aboriginal tribes, the didgeridoo was used for a variety of purposes, including as a musical instrument for entertainment, a tool for spiritual and healing rituals. The didgeridoo is considered a sacred instrument, and its use is steeped in cultural tradition and spiritual significance.
